The Security of Your Personal Information is our Primary Concern.

At Wilcox & Reynolds Insurance LLC we appreciate your business and the confidence that you place in us to provide the proper protection of your valuable assets.

In the course of purchasing insurance you are required to supply us with a great deal of personal information including but not limited to your; date of birth, social security number, address, unlisted phone numbers, bank account number, credit or debit card numbers, etc. We take the production and security of that information very seriously.

For your safety and protection, please be aware of the following measures we have in place to safeguard your personal information:

• All of our computer equipment is password protected and firewalls are in place.
• We employ a shredding service that comes on site twice a week and shreds any and all information. No Personal Information is placed in the normal garbage and your personal information is not taken off premises.
• Our employees understand the importance of the information they are trusted with and take that responsibility seriously. They will not provide any information about you to any other party without the policyholders direct consent.
• Wilcox & Reynolds Insurance LLC has a long standing policy that we will not provide any information to any other party for solicitations or any other purposes.
